Structural Grade Aluminium Square Bar is the highest strength alloy in the 6000 Series. Good machinability and weldability are both achievable from 6082 T6. This material contains additions of magnesium, manganese and silicon, enhancing both the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.6082 T6 is suited to highly stressed applications including:
